Hi, I’m Michael Bernoff.
I’ve spent more than 20 years hosting events, speaking on stages, and training people around the world.
Over the years, I’ve worked in luxury resorts, conference centers, hotel ballrooms, and just about every type of venue imaginable.
Some were great.
Most weren’t.
The problem wasn’t the people.
The problem was the rooms.
Spaces that felt built for quarterly board meetings instead of meaningful experiences.
After enough events, I realized something simple:

That’s why when we built the Human Communications Institute here in Scottsdale, I built the room I always wished existed.
